Pig Roast
Justin can recommend Roger who will cook your chosen type of meat over a real fire.
If you would like a selection of salads and other dishes to compliment this, Justin will be only to happy to prepare them.

Bar Hire
Jim Allen (01928 727327), who can supply wine and a full bar.
Wine: we are not licensed but are able to help with any suggestions for your occasion.
Hire Equipment
Crockery, cutlery, glasses, furniture, linen & disposables can all be arranged by us through Whitestone Hire Co. Wellingborough.(01933 400422)
Plates are £1.30 per 10.
Cutlery are £1.20 per 10 of each.
Wine Glasses are £2.88 per 24.
(These prices are ex VAT and delivery)
Equipment hire to be paid for upon delivery, with a further invoice to follow for shortages after the event.
Chocolate Fountain
We also have a Chocolate Fountain available for dinner parties £3.80 per head to include fruit and marshmallows to compliment your coffee. (max 20)
Staff Charges
Waiting staff, Wine Service & Kitchen staff are available at a cost of £10 per hour.
(minimum time 3 hrs)
Travel Expenses
These may be incurred on distances over fifteen miles.
Next Day Clear Up
For larger parties we can organise a next day clear up if required, this is £15.00 an hour per member of staff.
Additionally, skip hire is recommended for larger functions.
